By using this website or placing an enquiry with Make My Journey, you agree to these terms for cab bookings, tempo traveller bookings, bus rentals, airport transfers, holiday packages and related travel services.

Booking Information

You are responsible for sharing accurate pickup details, drop details, travel date, phone number, passenger count and service requirements. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect fare, availability or pickup timing.

Fare and Availability

Fares, vehicles and packages are subject to availability, route conditions, taxes, tolls, parking, permits, seasonal demand and partner confirmation. Final inclusions are confirmed by our booking team before the trip.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must follow lawful travel requirements, arrive at pickup on time, keep communication available, and treat drivers, vehicles and support staff respectfully.

Service Changes

Make My Journey may change vehicle assignment, route support or booking arrangements when required due to operational reasons, safety concerns, vehicle breakdown, traffic restrictions or events beyond our control.

Payments

Advance payments, balances, refunds and deductions are handled according to the booking confirmation and the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
